All child participation is voluntary and must be supervised by an parent or legal guardian. Loopers provide planting instruction and guidance only and are not responsible for participant safety, plant growth success or property damage caused by participants. The included "Kids Garden Tool Set" includes age-appropriate tools intended for supervised use only.
